This article presents a step-by-step technique for maxilllary sinus grafting and premaxillary ridge augmentation followed by the placement of implants for fixed restorations.It points out the author's preferences based on the latest available research data regarding grafting materials, platelet rich plasma used as a reservoir of bone growth factors, fumer bone anchorage for particulate bone graft stabilization, implant systems, and type of fixed prosthesis.
